Conducting and preparing the orchestra; organizing concert and rehearsal schedules. Planning the season and selecting orchestra personnel, program and solo artists.

Administrative duties include speaking at special engagements and educational series to emphasize audience participation. Organized and conducted first and second statewide tours. Appointed to consultative committee for new concert hall. Appointed to fundraising committee for the College of Fine Arts.

Fundraising included special radio and television interviews focusing on upcoming concerts and long-term goals of the orchestra. Return engagements with the orchestra to major city centers, attracting audiences with a large financial base, involving them in orchestra growth and support. Extensively involved in private fundraising from arts patrons, resulting in increased visibility and acknowledgment from the local and statewide community.

Also initiated a fundraising drive for opera productions on campus, conducting a Gala Benefit concert of opera arias with orchestra.

Major symphonic repertoire and concerti conducted in readings, rehearsals and performances. Conducted readings and performances of contemporary music for composer colleagues in a wide range of instrumentation.

Responsible for casting, rehearsing and conducting all productions. Liaison between Department of Music and community Opera Guild

Extensive involvement, in coaching and conducting, on major productions including Verdi's Otello and John Eaton's contemporary opera Cry of Clytaemnestra.

Conducted acclaimed performance of Humperdinck's Hänsel und Gretel.

Stage direction of opera scenes. Management of backstage interests resulting in a full understanding of a multifaceted opera production.

Organist and Choirmaster, Oriel College Chapel. Weekly services and organ recitals performed for college members, faculty and distinguished guests. Organized and conducted Cathedral Tours with Chapel choir. Comprehensive experience with Anglican Church Music.
